1st Post {DIY Dessert Bar Display Jar, less than $2}

My word, I never thought doing what I loved would consume so much of my already sparse free time, but Planning and Styling parties has turned out to be one of the most amazing things I have ever done! And one of the things I absoltely can not live without are the amazing Apothicary jars that are so popular now. They are beautiful, versitle and make your dessert bar so classy! So I immediatly started building my inventory so that I would have several options for clients to choose from, except they cost anywhere from $13 to $50 each! Ouch! So I started thinking and searching for ideas. There are a lot of tutorials out there right now, so this is nothing unique, but I thought I would share my latest project as well. Total, this Display Jar was $1.80! Sure beats the $13-$50 price tags at department stores!

You just need:
An interesting glass container or jar {I found mine at Goodwill for $1.49 and bought it on a half price day :) }
A glass Candlestick Holder {Dollar Store}
A very small amount of E600

Just flip the container over and mark the bottom, then apply E600 to the top {where the candle would go} of the candlestick holder. Allow to set 10 minutes and then place it in over the area you marked on your container. Let it dry a few hours.

Turn the whole thing over and Ta-Da! Very Pretty dessert bar display jar for less than $2! If you can find a container with a lid, even better.
